We recommend using Flawless Neutralising Gel to either spot treat individual blemishes or a spotty ‘zone’, like the chin. You should apply Flawless Neutralising Gel to the area of concern first. After cleansing, pat skin gently dry. Apply Flawless Nightly Pro 5% Retinoid Serum - start off with a small amount (½ a pump), applying every other day using the #13dottechnique to apply evenly over the face. Massage until fully absorbed. Apply moisturiser on top once fully absorbed if needed.

If you're new to retinol, retinaldehyde or retinyl retinoate, and do not have at least 6 weeks of tolerance then we recommend starting with Flawless Nightly Serum. However, if your skin has become tolerant to a less potent retinoid such as Flawless Nightly Serum but you have not yet reached your goals, it’s worth considering trading to a higher strength such as Flawless Nightly Pro.

Flawless Nightly Pro Serum is not suitable for use during pregnancy.

These are naturally more sensitive areas and caution should be applied. We’d recommend starting off with using Flawless Nightly Eye Serum around the eye area for 3 months first. Some individuals might then be able to increase to using Flawless Nightly Pro around the eyes; others will find it too powerful. Similarly, with the neck, Flawless Nightly Serum should be used for 3 months comfortably before attempting to use Flawless Nightly Pro.
