How do I see my VIP Tier?
To check your VIP tier, first login to your account. Then click rewards, find the "Good habits deserve great rewards" section, under here you will see your tier. If you haven't reached a tier yet, you will see your progress.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points within the 'ways to earn' section of your Rewards account.
The social media and birthday earning actions need to be taken by clicking directly on the icons.
Points for creating an account (sign up) and placing an order will be immediately credited to your account provided that you are logged in and using the same email address as your store's account.
Points for writing a product review/leaving a product photo review/writing a company review will be credited to your account provided you leave a "verified review" via an email link.
Customers are limited to earning points for each aforementioned review category once every 30 days.
Can I undo a reward redemption?
When you redeem a reward, you are exchanging your points for the reward. You may have accidentally redeemed a reward, or you may want to save your points for a larger discount. In this case, you need to reach out to hello@drsambunting.com to see if we can refund the points for you.
How do I apply a previously redeemed reward?
When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your account under Rewards.
To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your account. Then click Rewards and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply code button to apply it to the cart immediately.
You can also find your previously redeemed reward at checkout.
Why isn't my reward working at checkout?
Stacking rewards:
Currently you can only use one coupon at checkout. Using multiple coupons is not permitted. But, you can use a coupon with a gift card at checkout.
Using rewards with discounted products:
If the checkout rejects your coupon with a promotional item, you will need to reach out to hello@drsambunting.com. Only one discount code cannot be applied at checkout.
How do I refer a friend?
Through the Rewards page, you can share your referral link via Facebook, Twitter and/or email directly a friend. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link in other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to Dr Sam's; where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their reward/discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at checkout.
When your friend makes a purchase with the reward/discount code; that's when the referral is considered completed. Only then you will receive an email notifying you that your friend has made a purchase with your reward/discount code, which you can find by logging into Dr Sam's, clicking on the Rewards.
How do I earn birthday points?
You will need to log into the your account to enter your birthday date in the Rewards page under the 'ways to earn' section. This cannot be added by customer support. Once that's entered, you will be rewarded with points on your next birthday.
Note: In case, you enter the wrong date, you can click 'Edit date' again in the panel to enter the correct one. You won't be rewarded on your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date.
Can I use my Flawless Rewards points against a Flawless 365 subscription?
Unfortunately, Flawless Rewards points can only been redeemed against full priced stand-alone product orders and not subscriptions.
As a reminder, with Flawless 365 subscriptions you benefit from up to 20% off your products.
