The same iconic formula powers both the original Neutralising Gel and the Neutralising Gel Roller. However the original version has a precision tip, perfect for treating smaller zones or individual blemishes, while the roller is built to tackle larger zones and hard to reach areas.

Why is a roller better than finger application?

Breakouts aren’t just single dots, they occur in patterns. The roller gives you coverage and control, ensuring your treatment is evenly distributed across areas where your blemishes form most often.

How do I clean the roller?

Ensure the applicator is in the OFF position before cleaning. Rinse the metal rollerball gently under warm water to remove any product residue. Dry using a clean, lint-free cloth. For best results, clean after each use.

How long does one tube last?

As a guide, a 50ml tube used for targeted areas will typically last 2–3 months with daily use. When treating larger areas, you may finish it sooner.

Is it pregnancy-safe?

Yes. The formula is also non-comedogenic and fragrance-free. Always patch-test and consult your doctor if unsure.

I’m allergic to aspirin - can I use Flawless Neutralising Gel?

If you’re allergic to aspirin (acetylsalicylate) do not use this product as it contains salicylic acid (a beta hydroxy acid).

How do I use Flawless Neutralising Gel with Flawless Brightly Serum in my morning routine?

Apply Flawless Neutralising Gel first to breakout-prone areas or active blemishes, then use Flawless Brightly Serum on the rest of your skin. Avoid doubling up and layering both on the same area of skin to prevent irritation.

If I already use Nightly Serum, do I still need Neutralising Gel?

If you’re still prone to breakouts, for example, before your period or during stress, add Flawless Neutralising Gel to your morning routine. Continue to apply Flawless Nightly Serum in the evening.

How to Use

We recommend patch-testing before your first use. Apply a small amount to a clean, dry area on the skin such as the inner aspect of the forearm, and wait an additional 24 hours to check your skin's response. If no irritation occurs, begin use as instructed below.

Clean your roller after each use.

After cleansing, pat skin gently dry. Protect delicate areas - apply moisturiser around the eyes (“moisturiser goggles”) and protect lips with a proper layer of lip balm.
