How to use the Flawless Cleanser Refill Pouch?

Step 1. Refill your original Flawless Cleanser bottle with our 400ml refill pouch.
Step 2. Once finished, screw the cap onto your empty refill pouch and drop it into your nearest post box. No need to use any extra packaging; the refill pouch is already pre-paid.
Step 3. Our recycling partners will carefully break down the refill pouch into raw elements using a process called pyrolysis.
Step 4. Pat yourself on the back for saving 88% of plastic.

How to recycle the Flawless Cleanser Refill Pouch?

Simply return this pouch by using the pre-paid postage to our recycling partner. Pre-paid recycling is currently only for UK customers.

Can I combine Flawless Cleanser with a wash cloth or muslin cloth?

Yes you can - this will assist removal of more heavy duty foundation and concealer (though do check out our list of preferred brands for blemish-prone skin) but we can’t stress the importance of not scrubbing your skin; they should only be used to assist lifting of the cleanser after its been thoroughly massaged onto wet skin with fingers. How To Use

Cleansing your face is easy.

  • AM: Apply one pump to damp skin / PM: Start by removing eye make-up with a dedicated eye product, then apply two pumps to damp skin.
  • Massage for one minute with fingertips (breathe!)
  • Rinse thoroughly with tepid (not hot!) water. Pat gently dry (no rubbing!)
  • Simply return the pouch using the pre-paid postage to our recycling partner - UK customers only.
