Product Details

An elegant, weightless daily shield for your skin, it performs beautifully under make-up, and won’t clog pores. It offers powerful protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays with 11.8% Zinc Oxide and 7% Octinoxate.

It’s fortified with 5% Niacinamide, so it brightens and boosts skin whilst helping keep pores clear and skin calm. Think of it as a serum in a sunscreen – it even makes your skin more tolerant of retinoids.

Suitable for all skin-types, including blemish-prone skin. Layers beautifully with Flawless Moisturiser.

Dr Sam Says:

“Did you know that regularly wearing sunscreen can actually allow your skin to repair itself? So you’re not just maintaining the status quo – by wearing sunscreen on a daily basis, you’re actually improving the first signs of premature ageing. (That’s before you even get around to applying eye cream or a serum.)” [1]

What makes it flawless?

Non-greasy, primer-like finish

Won’t clog pores + helps keep them clear

Broad-spectrum, SPF50

how to use

This is the bit we want to make incredibly easy for you. We know sunscreen can be confusing. So watch our video that explains how to make it work for your morning routine without pilling or ruining your make-up. And see how to make sure you get the full level of protection this product can deliver.

Sunscreen is a bit like medicine. There’s actually a specific dose that’s required to deliver the SPF number on the bottle. We spell this out for you so that you’re in no doubt – because it's really hard to know what “apply generously” actually means, right?

Protecting your face is easy.
  1. Apply after cleansing, serums and moisturiser but before make-up.
  2. Use the for an even layer that absorbs into your face (not your hands!) – to achieve SPF50, you need to use 3 pumps for your face and 3 pumps for your neck. (Believe me, your neck will love you for this).
  3. Stroke it evenly to cover the area, and allow to dry down onto skin for a flawless, primer-like finish.

Wait for Flawless Sunscreen to fully absorb before moving on to apply make-up (shouldn’t take long!).

Wish this didn't have a white cast

Gives my black skin a white cast. Also the texture is hard to rub into skin. Otherwise protection and smell are great

Love it

A great sunscreen that does what it says, has a good texture, doesn't break me out, doesn't leave a white cast, and sits well under makeup. I love it. It's a little pricey for the amount though, especially if you use Dr Sam's recommended amount, it won't last long maybe about 2 months at the most.

Not for my skin

I did try this product previously and it simply did not work with my then-skin-routine. I have changed the products in my skincare and purchased this sunscreen once more, as it is one of the few high SPF's you can take into eye area with no irritated eyes after. Unfortunately, this still leaves quite a significant white cast (not even foundation can mask it), although my skin is very fair. It also starts to roll-up into powdery balls through the day. As much as I wanted to use this instead of my much more expensive SPF I currently apply, I have to say "no" to it only because this does not suit me personally. Shame...

What took me so long?

I always was aware that sunscreen daily is the key to good skin but was too nervous about breaking out and layers of products so just kept with a foundation with sunscreen which I knew was not adequate but better than nothing. After using other Flawless products and trusting in Dr Sam I bought this. What a revelation! I cleanse with the Flawless cleanser, apply vit c/hyaluronic acid serum then slather this on. I love that it contains niacinamide. Great base for make up. I love it.
