Can I use it morning and night?

Absolutely. Apply after cleansing and any treatment serums and before sunscreen. It can be used both morning and evening as part of your daily skincare routine. The 4 steps of the #TheDrSamSystem are Cleanse, Activate (serums), Hydrate (moisturiser), and Protect (SPF). This product is your Hydrate step.

If you prefer a richer cream in the evening, we recommend using Flawless Moisturiser Balance in the morning, and Flawless Moisturiser Intense in the evening.

How much product should I use?

Apply approximately a fingertip-sized amount to the face and neck after cleansing and treatment products and before sunscreen. Adjust the amount depending on your skin’s needs.

Do I need a separate barrier cream if I use this?

For most people, no. Flawless Moisturiser Balance was designed to provide both daily moisturisation and clinically proven barrier support in a single product. When transitioning to new or stronger actives, or if you prefer a richer texture in the evening, consider Flawless Moisturiser Intense in your PM routine.

Can oily or acne-prone skin still have a damaged skin barrier?

Yes. Oily or acne-prone skin can become dehydrated, sensitised, and barrier-impaired, particularly when using acne treatments. Supporting the barrier can actually help skin feel more balanced and resilient, and help skin to better tolerate active products.

Will it clog my pores or cause breakouts?

No. Flawless Moisturiser Balance is non-comedogenic, meaning it has been formulated not to clog pores. It was developed specifically for blemish-prone skin and provides barrier repair without leaving pore-blocking residue.

Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?
