We’ll review your skin history, current routine, concerns, and goals. You’ll receive tailored recommendations and a clear step-by-step plan. You can also ask any questions you have — it’s your time with an expert.
Will I be recommended lots of products?
No hard sell here. We focus on simplifying your routine and recommending only what your skin truly needs. Our goal is to help you get better results with less confusion.
How do I prepare for my consultation?
Before your appointment, you’ll be asked to share details about your skin journey and upload clear photos. This helps us give you the best possible advice.
What do I get after the consultation?
You’ll receive a written debrief covering everything we discussed, plus your personalised skincare plan with product recommendations and clear instructions on how to use them.
What if I have more questions after?
We’re always here to help. You can reach out to our team for further guidance as you follow your plan. And book a follow up consultation so we can track your progress and tweak your routine if needed
How do I join the consultation?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Calendly with all the details — including a secure Google Meet link to join your video consultation. Just click the link at your scheduled time. Easy!
Are the consultants dermatologists?
Our consultation team is made up of highly trained skincare experts, but they are not medical doctors. If you’re dealing with a complex skin condition that requires medical diagnosis or prescription treatment, we recommend reaching out to our clinical team at Dr Sam’s Clinic for specialist care.
