2. Express (1 business days): £5.95 (Free when you spend £100)
We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. We also ship to BFPO addresses and PO Boxes.
Dr Sam’s orders sent to UK addresses are delivered by Royal Mail and do not require a signature for delivery.
Great skin days are the best gift you can give. Orders can be delivered straight to the recipient worldwide, or to you for gifting in-person. Items are securely packed and sealed in our signature Dr Sam’s shopper bag, immediately ready for presentation, with your gift note printed and included inside.

All items in an order will be sealed in the gift bag and only one recipient can be designated per order. To make multiple gift orders, please place individual orders specifying separate recipients and gift notes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We will notify you via email if there’s any unexpected issue that might affect this. Orders placed weekdays before 3 PM (London) typically ship same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will typically ship the next working day.
ARE THERE FURTHER TAXES TO PAY UPON DELIVERY?
European Union orders will not incur any tax or duty charges upon delivery. For non-EU customers, tax and duty are not included in the purchase price and may or may not be charged depending on your local customs regulations. Please visit your local post or customs site for accurate information. These are entirely the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for delays or issues in your shipment clearing customs.
I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TRACKING.
Sorry about that! For UK orders, tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to get going once a package leaves us. For international deliveries, we recommend checking your tracking number on your country’s postal service tracking for additional information. HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Orders shipped to outside of the EU are not eligible for return. Please notify us on your intent to return your product. We can be reached by email at email@example.com. Please include your order number and reason for return and our customer service team will be in touch. We strongly recommend sending your purchase back to us using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages. Please pack your return securely. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable. We require up to 5 business days from receiving the returned merchandise to process the refund. Financial institutions may require additional days before the funds are returned to the account.
